Our story
Georgia, bottled without a costume.
Bu&Khari is an independent Georgian winery and négociant working with our own vineyards and small family growers across the country.
We choose grapes from distinctive terroirs, avoid aggressive vineyard chemistry and intervene as little as possible in the cellar. Our wines are made in small batches, with spontaneous fermentation and minimal sulphur.
We respect Georgia’s ancient winemaking tradition, but we do not copy the past. We explore indigenous varieties, pét-nats, amber wines, reds and fruit-nats in our own playful way.
